25 Van Zant Street was built in 1923, by Turner Construction, as the largest hat manufacturing facility in the US. Manufacturing plants located near the coastline that were built between World War I and World War II were engineered to withstand attack from the land and sea. Such is the case with 25 Van Zant, a major 265,000 square foot, five-floor structure. The Building is structurally over-engineered for today's needs, providing virtually unlimited floor loads in a very stable environment.
For over 10 years, we have been consistently upgrading the buildings' technical capabilities,
making it a flexible, ultra high-capacity fiber optic powerhouse data location.
In addition, a tenant at 25 Van Zant can tailor the available space to fully suit each businesses' individual space, data and connection needs.
Conveniently located in mid-Fairfield County, Connecticut within yards of the East Norwalk Train Station and just blocks from I-95, the Merritt Parkway, or Route 7 connector, we are just 55 minutes from NYC via car, or train.
